Account Executives (AEs) are the liaison between the client and especially the creative team to ensure the client’s needs and goals are being met on every project.
Special Skills:
- Has working knowledge of the theory of strategy and differentiation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Must be well-organized, effectively manage time and be able to handle pressure well and multi-task
- Willingness to work long hours, especially under tight deadlines
- Interest in internet marketing and has a presence on social media networks
Typical Duties:
- Initiate new jobs for the client including briefing the creative team
- Prepare strategic documents like proposals and marketing plans for existing clients and new business pitches
- Review and present concepts/layouts/copy to the client for approval
- Communicate the client’s feedback to the creative department and discuss the next steps in the campaign
- Liaise with the Media and Production Departments and external suppliers
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Marketing or Management with Honours
- 3 years work experience in another Advertising Agency
