Pepper picks Ariana for Golden Pepper



Ariana Tang is this year’s recipient of the Pepper Advertising
Golden Pepper Award’. 

Her award was announced during the company’s annual Christmas Party, held recently at the Kapok Hotel, Port of Spain.  Ariana is a Digital Marketing Specialist, who develops and executes digital and social media programs for clients, including measuring and reporting on their impact and effectiveness.


“Each year, the Golden Pepper Award recognises the person who best exemplifies Pepper’s values of taking ownership, openness, curiosity, fairness and a passion to serve.” said Pepper’s General Manager, Keitha Oliver. She continued: “Little things count and Ariana greets us most mornings with something that makes us think or gets us smiling.  We work from home, so most of our interactions are online, Ariana helps to build the Pepper culture with her positive spirit and honesty.  Her passion for digital engagement has made her an important part of our team”

Ariana began her career in advertising in 2019, and has managed digital campaigns for Pizza Hut, Sissons Paints, Peardrax, and more recently, Super Cow Milk and Swiss Foods Caribbean. She is Google certified and also successfully completed the HubSpot Digital Marketing Program.

In reflecting on the award, Ariana said “Life is already tough, our workplace should not have to be tough too.  I can safely say that I have found a needle in a haystack here at Pepper.  The work environment is such a positive one that the work often feels like play, despite advertising being such a fast-paced and demanding industry.” She added: “At Pepper, I’m constantly reminded that I am surrounded by a supportive team that values what I bring to the table.”
