2. Figure out ways to improve your relations with Sales and Operations teams
3. Think about what you can do for your trade partners (and not just the bosses, but especially the staff in the trenches facing customers)
4. Take a deep dive on your competition and see what they are up to online, including SEO, Social Media and Brand Sentiment
5. Do a mental health call to some people in your internal team including all those special people in the warehouse and accounts department, who help to make your job easier
6. Take a break from all things marketing and read a book on cooking with clove. (or whatever floats your boat)
7. Think about how you will accelerate your e-commerce launch
8. Listen to some music from when you were in Form 5
9. Start your 2022 Marketing Calendar
10. Ask your agency or freelancer for a design for your 2022 Carnival T shirt. (You don’t need to have Carnival to have a T shirt. All staff likes swag)
11. Clear up your Inbox and Whatsapp
12. See how you doing on those 2021 goals
13. Send a note to 5 people telling them why you appreciate them so much
14. Find a way to listen to your consumer
