- Encourage dissent.

- Recognise Creatives; tell them you appreciate their work
- Don’t accept lazy work. Say no.
- The need for speed should not be an excuse for sloppiness.
- Reward them fairly and proportionate to their value.
- Make your agency a nice place to come to work.
- Train them; Books, daily chats, webinars, classrooms.
