- Branding is adequate (client did not have to say; “can you make the logo bigger?” or maybe they did)
- The idea is campaign-able (they also did other rooms like the kitchen)
- Its simplicity
- Its freshness
- Its copy efficiency
- It does not do the obvious and show pests or rat traps or other cliches
- It tells a story with 5 words, a logo and a picture
