Pepper Advertising, celebrating 16 years in business this month, is thrilled to welcome the three newest members of its Client Service team; Natasha Jones, Ornella Dick and Siobhan Smith. “Each bring their own flavor to the pot, with solid experience building brands that sell”, said Pepper’s GM Keitha Oliver. In welcoming them, Oliver had this to say – We’re happy to have Natasha, Ornella and Siobhan as part of our Client Service team. They each bring market valued skills that help us strengthen our client relationships. While their personalities are diverse, they all share a love for marketing and the commitment to helping our clients achieve their business goals.”

Natasha Jones, Client Service Lead

Natasha has 20 years of advertising experience in the US and locally, with extensive experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns for leading brands, including Coca-Cola, Nestle, MasterCard, Coors, bmobile and RBC. She brings that experience to her service of TTMF and The Home Mortgage Bank – two of our country’s premier mortgage enablers. Natasha has overall responsibility for strengthening Pepper’s client relationships and overseeing the internal Client Service team, to ensure that our clients meet their goals and have some fun doing it. As a tenor player with Silver Stars Steel Orchestra, Natasha keeps her fingers on the pulse of the local scene while practicing teamwork and delivering excellence under pressure. When she’s not chasing down artists or playing pan, she’s busy keeping up with her two active sons.

Ornella Dick, Digital Marketing Specialist

Ornella equipped herself with a BA (Hons) Business Management and a marketing MBA for her role as a Digital Marketing Specialist. She embraces continuous learning to stay relevant by staying current with the dynamic trends in digital media and consumer engagement. Her creativity and passion for marketing and communications, specifically through digital channels, makes her an integral part of the Pepper team. Sometimes she takes her creativity to the stage, in pursuit of her love for modern dance. Creative Team Lead, Bjorn Stodart said: “Ornella is dedicated to her brands and has built strong relationships with her clients in a very short time. Super easy to work with, Ornella has a sharp, strategic mind. She keeps the creative team on our toes by making sure that we stick to the strategy. She’s a lot of fun to work with.”

Siobhan Smith, Account Strategist

Siobhan recently completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies to build on her 10 years of experience in Advertising. Siobhan has worked in the high octane telecoms category, on the Digicel and BlackBerry business, as well as with market leading brands in FMCG and Retail, including Coca-Cola and Massy Stores. These roles have prepared her to lead the ad planning and execution for her current client portfolio including Swiss, Super Cow and Mario’s. When she gets a second from mummying her daughter Vida, Siobhan finds joy in doing art and design projects. “Siobhan has shown a passion and curiosity for developing brand communications that gets noticed. She embraces the marketing concept and most importantly, is a delight to work with. We’re lucky to have all of them join Pepper”, Oliver intimated.
